Training:
Sally attended theatre workshops from the age of thirteen, at the Pavilion Theatre, Rhyl.
After leaving school, she went on to study a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts at Llandrillo College, North Wales and finally went on to study at the University of Salford, completing a HND in Physical Theatre and Dance.

Writing:
Sally has written two novels:
Debt, Lies & Superman: A commercial fiction novel.
Geek to Unique: A teenage fiction novel.
Both books are currently being polished awaiting feedback from her agent at Watson Little.

Sally’s first comedy play, ‘Centre Stage… to the left a little’ which she co-wrote with writing partner Paul Swaine was first performed Nov 05 and then again June 06 at the Robert Powell Theatre, Salford.

Sally has co-written and performed a pilot sketch show called ‘Salt ‘n’ Pepper’ – which has gained interest from a couple of production companies.

Her first solo play ‘Bang-Bang’ came second at Contact Theatre’s ‘Flip the Script’ playwriting slam night and was then chosen as one of 23 plays at Manchester’s 24:7 Theatre Festival July 07.

Her improvised play ‘Double Click’ was performed at Salford Arts Theatre April 08.

Performing:
Sally has performed in a wide range of shows – from The Tempest to Wizard of Oz, and Shakers to name a few. And performs in all of her plays as well as directing and producing!
Sally performs stand-up as her alter-ego Lydia Mould, a stage door groupie with attitude and has played at the Comedy Store, all over Manchester and headlined at the Frog and Bucket.
